To all you petite women out there, who find it completely frustrating
To find truly petite, fashionable clothes, who aren't ready for elastic
Waist pants,and don't want to shop in the juniors dept. ( so we can share clothes
With our daughters) I say let's start to kick , scream, whatever we need to to
Get the attention of these designers!
Apparently all of us petite women are built exactly the same,
We all have short legs for our height & we look like boxes....( no waist )have you
Designers ever heard of darts....
I'm tired of paying more, because we have to pay for alterations, or
If a brand does carry petite (cool clothes) they are only available
On-line (Jcrew)! This is not fair! If I drive to the store I wanna try it on, &
take it home then if I like it! Not wait 5-7 business days for it & pay shipping!
I do have to give props to loft & I.N.C. & a few others for trying.
But even then our selection is limited compared to "AVERAGE" size
Women....
So this is a challenge to all you designers out there! Take me shopping
Try & find some cool, classy clothes ( that don't cost $500.00 for a shirt)
Something I can buy right off the rack without alterations!
Trust me, you will get to see our limitations for petite women as
Far as clothes go, & you will definitely feel my frustration!!!
